Sometimes depression seems like my only friend in the world.  Why?  Hand in hand with depression comes loneliness.  Whether real or imaginary, we can feel as though we are completely alone.  In those moments, it can feel as though depression is our only friend.  Join me as I discuss how that can seem to me.
