Finding light in the dark is hard. When suffering with depression, anxiety, bipolar or any other mental health struggle, it can frequently feel as though we’re struggling to get through the darkness while looking for the light. Sometimes it feels like the light is some mythical entity that exists only in our imaginations. But when we press forwards, there is the chance that we can find that light.
