Episode 13 – One Day Too Late

One Day Too Late

Do you know someone who’s always late?  Regardless of how important the event is or what their role in that event is, they can be late.  Perhaps you’re that person.  With mental health, the danger is that there might not be time enough to leave things too late.  Given that people don’t talk about suicide or suicidal thoughts, we don’t always know what their intentions are.  The most common phrase surrounding suicide seems to be “I never knew they were suicidal” and yet surely the signs are there.

Join Alex in episode 13 as he discusses how to get conversations going surrounding mental health.  Don’t leave it up to them and don’t leave it too late.
