Like a butterfly, encased in a dark cocoon for the beginnings of its life, we also walk a dark path.  With depression, anxiety and other mental illnesses clouding our mind, it can feel like we are surrounded by darkness.  It can be discouraging.  It can be extremely disheartening.  How do we get through?
